Shipping and Returns

Shipping Times

We are committed to getting your order shipped as quickly as possible, and there is typically a handling time of 1 business day before orders ship.

This means that most orders placed on Monday will ship Tuesday, but orders placed Thursday will typically ship Saturday.

We currently offer the following shipping methods:

Free Shipping – Next-Day Delivery, typically arrives in 1-2 business days.

Expedited Shipping – Same-Day Delivery, arrives in the same day, but with additional courier fees.

Most orders placed before 2pm on weekdays (UAE time) will ship out the same day.

Orders are shipped out in the order they are received and orders are not shipped on Fridays, nor does our shipping team package orders or print labels.

Therefore, most orders from Thursday night, and all day Friday, will ship out on Saturday, unless otherwise informed.

Many of our orders placed during business hours during the week ship out extremely quickly, in most cases within 24 hours.

We do not have systems in place to hold orders till a later date.

As such, please do not place orders with comments requesting them being held to a later date.

Our processes are in place to get shipments out as fast as we possibly can.

Holds, changes, and cancellations are not guaranteed to be addressed before your original shipment goes out.

This allows our team to do what we do best, and get shipments out to our customers quickly.

Due to order volumes on the days where our office is closed, there can be times where your order may be delayed by an extra business day.

Shipping Classes

Our Standard free shipping uses Fetchr eCommerce as a carrier, which then sends you a notification to schedule the delivery location via SMS.

No extra fees or information needed.

You may select other shipping types (if applicable). However, please be aware of the required information needed for those shipping types, and possible extra fees when using DHL, or FedEx.

International Orders

We are currently unable to accomodate international orders due to the complexity of its nature.

While we are in the process of expanding our service, we currently are only able to ship to countries within the MENA region.

International orders are shipped using priority Fedex shipping (except for Bahrain and KSA).

Other shipping methods such as DHL Express, USPS, and FedEx carriers will be available upon checkout. However, additional information may be requested by the courier for customs clearance.

Please keep this in mind and be sure to provide all necessary documents and any other required information needed to properly clear your package through customs.

We are not responsible for customs delays or clearance issues.

Additionally, estimated delivery time frames for standard and express international shipping options are not guaranteed.

Our current courier(s) do not support deliveries to P.O. boxes.

Local Pickup

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate local pick-up requests. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened and/or used product. However, unopened product may be returned for a refund within 30 days of its delivery date.

If ordering more than one bottle of a product you haven’t tried before, please only open one at a time so you are eligible for a refund.
