I have been dosing for 3 days now. I started noticing my legs were becoming relaxed as if I took a benzo combined with that sense of horniness phenibut gave me when I first began taking it. Typically after a few days of Phenibut use dopamine builds up which leads to euphoria combined with anxiolytic effects. Those effects have been long gone and I've basically just been taking about 1.6 grams to avoid withdrawals. I've gotten off it a few times only to go back on. I find 250mg effective enough to potentiate racetam effects. I've also taken 500mg at other times but that was in a preformulated nootropic, which is  MindLab Pro.

According to Examine.com, the standard dosing of CDP-choline is to take 500-2,000 mg in two divided doses (of 250-1,000 mg) usually separated by 8-12 hours, although a single daily dose is also sometimes used. A single dose of 4,000 mg does not appear to affect the blood any differently than 2,000 mg, and so it is not necessary to take such a high dose.

Lion’s Mane mechanism of action is completely different from other nootropics. Lion’s Mane enhances cognition by increasing the amount of nerve growth factor in the brain (NGF). Nerve growth factor is one of a group of molecules named neurotrophins that are essential for the growth, development, maintenance, and survival of neurons.

Nerve Growth Factor (NGF)

The lowest effective dosage is 500 mg and the limit per day is 3000 mg. However, higher doses don't necessarily result in more benefits. A 1000 mg dosage once or twice a day is what I find the most beneficial for my needs.

But even vegetarian food that is foul smelling, stale, cooked or earned with an unhappy mind, and unappealing to the tongue is not satvik.
